Comments :
The small footbridge was made to carry a path from one part of the grounds to another. The arch is semicircular but set on a skew, with the path below running downhill which presented the mason with problems. Over the river below there is a charming small footbridge with an unusual ventricular form. The upper span, carrying the deck, is made of three girder sections and the lower one is four rods. [1]
