Comments :
The bridge has a span of 19,5 yards and a rise of half that. It is approximately 14 feet wide now without its parapets. Built of coursed rubble with thin slab voussoirs, it has long wing walls which on the north bank join the spandrels with a clearly visible join. The ground on both sides is flat, although there is a wooded cliff just upstream, and the high of the arch is doubles to cope with flood water, draining from the Monadhliaths. [1, 11]
