Telford built it between 1809 and 1817 with three main segmental arches and two side ones (30, 36, 40, 36, 30 feet) of coursed rubble with dressed stone voussoirs, parapets and string course. The triangular cutwaters on the piers continue up the spandrels as thin pilasters. [1]
